Full Service: Three Steps

1st step: Register your cards

However many cards you possess, you can register all your credit cards, bank cards, postcards, EC cards and debit cards issued in Switzerland in your name; and as of recently it's also been possible to register your mobile phone's SIM card as well.

2nd step: In the event of loss call the hotline right away

If you lose your cards, dial the hotline number right away – and the respective cards will be blocked immediately. This way the danger of misuse is practically ruled out.

3rd step: You receive new cards

Securicard will arrange for replacement cards to be issued to you as soon as possible. You will be reimbursed for the costs for issuing replacement cards to a maximum of 175 francs without any deductible.
